When these Terms mention “CellWine,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the GoodCourage Limited you are contracting with.

1.Eligibility and Regulation While Using the CellWine Platform

1.1 The CellWine Application is only available to individuals aged 18 years or older.

1.2 If you are a registered user of our Application, we provide you the accessibility to modify the account settings and the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.

1.3 CellWine member can demand a personal profile transaction to a different application or other cooperation in order to increase interactive use of information.  

1.4 As between you and the application provider, CellWine owns all right, title and interest in CellWine App, including but not limited to intellectual property rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you may not:

a)    Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble CellWine App;
b)    Rent, lease, loan, sell, sublicense, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer CellWine App;
c)    make any copy of or otherwise reproduce any CellWine App.

1.5 You will not post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any Content that is fraudulent, false, misleading or deceptive.

1.6 If you access or download the Application from the Apple App Store, you agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

2.Account Registration

2.1 You must register an account (“CellWine Account”) to access and use certain features of the CellWine platform, such as managing wine cellars. If you are registering an CellWine Account for a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant us all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms.

2.2 You can register an CellWine Account using an email address and creating a password, or through your account from third-party social networking services, such as Facebook or Google ("SNS Account"). You have the ability to disable the connection between your Account and your SNS Account at any time, by contact using online chat or email with CellWine associate.

3.Copy Writes

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Service by emailing us at “service@cell.wine”. Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, CellWine will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the service.

4.Customer Services and Feedback

You agree to use reasonable efforts to CellWine App. You further agree that application provider may monitor your use of CellWine App and to solicit your feedback about such use. Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other materials and information collected from or posted by you with respect to CellWine App.

5.Disclaimer

5.1 CellWine provide decent platform which we maintain servers and the system. CellWine may, at its sole discretion to end, terminate the function of application without any compensation in the scenario list below.

(i) Urgent malfunction of electronic and communication equipment;
(ii) While maintain the electronic and communication equipment that the CellWine company corporate;
(iii) Natural disaster that affect the CellWine application.

5.2 CellWine does not guarantee that virus won’t appear in the application browser and server; furthermore, we are not guarantee it won’t be disconnected during the transaction of email and file.

6.Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving the CellWine application. We may add or remove features, and we may suspend or stop a Service. You can stop using our Application at any time, although we will be sorry to see you go. If we discontinue a feature, we will give you reasonable advance notice.

7.Personal ID card (for market place only)

7.1 Personal ID should match the name registered which the member can be only used by the same person when inquiry.

7.2 The scan copy of the personal ID should be taken within six month.

7.3 By agreeing the “Term of Use”, CellWine can use the member’s personal ID to use only for verification during transaction with seller and the member’s financial corporation.

8.Application Security and Backup

CellWine use data hosting service providers in the United States to host the information collect which under the regulation that GDPR provided. Data may be deleted after certain amount of time passed.

9.Subscription Term of Use

Subscription made by iOS device can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refund will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Subscription made through stripes and non-iOS device can be managed by emailing us via service@cell.wine.
